For funeral homes and monument shops

Families often leave the arrangement with a printed program and a short obituary. A LegacyQR plaque lets visitors return to photos and stories years later — without an app.

We can send a sample acrylic tile and stainless plaque, plus a packing-slip ID so you can see how unique QRs work. Hardware is QR-only on the face. Hosting is included in the one-time family purchase.

Email legacyqr4@gmail.com with your city and whether you prefer samples shipped to the funeral home or the monument shop.
