Why a digital memorial

A paper obituary is a day. Their page can last.

An obituary tells people who died, and a few lines about how they lived. It is important. It is also short, and it is gone from the kitchen table by next week.

A QR memorial on the stone is for the years after: the portrait in the oval, the Sunday dinners, the voice of a grandchild, the map of a life. Family can add to it. Visitors at the cemetery — or from another province or state — open the same page on their phone.

You still write an obituary if you wish. LegacyQR holds the rest: galleries, dates, tributes, and a guestbook you moderate. One scan. A lifetime of memories.
